Chad Messenger - Certified Computer Xchange I returned a computer for exchange and it was never returned to me.All phone calls have went unanswered.The only time I got a response from email was when I emailed through Ebay ask seller ,no help.I have reported him to the BBB of NJ,need to contact BBB NY,Ihave also reported him to IC3 I have had ne response from them,I reported him to Ebay,he is no longer selling under the name CERTIFIED COMPUT Pound Ridge New York
