I have been buying from Chadwick's probably for over 20 years. I buy extra sizes because their clothing varies as it comes from China & other sources. I was disappointed about 6-8 months ago that their petite pants--usually the right length--were far longer. But, I had them altered as the rest of the pants fit. I recently ordered (August) and as usual had to order a different size, this time in sweaters (very odd). When I got them they'd upped the prices--oh well. When I returned and marked "exchange" on some, return on others, they did credit back on my card. BUT the pricing didn't match--I was shorted $20 & paid $5 for shipping. So I checked their website, only to find it "down for upgrading." After 3 emails and about 15 calls with disconnects, 55 minute waits, and several supervisor "they will call you back"; and even "I don't know I just started working here last week" from one "supervisor"--I found this website. It looks like a complete turnaround and this company's tanked. Guess I should be thankful it's only a $ 20 loss.
