They said I would have free shipping on my order of over $100, but when they rang it up at the end the S & H charges were on the bill. They said they would make a note and send it directly to a "Customer Care Specialist." I asked what I needed to do if it still showed up on my bill when the items arrived. They said no problem, just call us back.

So, I called the # when the items arrived because the S&H charges of $14.99 were on there. The "Chadwick's Reward Customer Priority Customer Care #" (HA, HA) sent me through probably 5 minutes of prerecorded/push this button for this type stuff and THEN when it got to the point where I could talk to a "specialist" the recording said "this is not a working area at this time."

They also said they would include a free return shipping label since I was a reward customer and had placed the order before May 3rd, but this was not with my package. I have dealt with this company on several occasions over the years and have gotten frustrated every time. This time is the final straw--I refuse to order from this company ever again and I have spent hundreds of $ with them. Thanks for reading. Hope this prevents you some grief.
