Complaint Type: Refund / Exchange Issues 

I would like a refund or exchange credit for the entire amount of merchandise I returned to Chadwick listed below ($144.97).
   
Description of Complaint: I purchased shoes and suits from the online store of Chadwicks of Boston that were poor quality or did not fit, so I returned the merchandise. I returned the shoes and Chadwick received the return on 7/5/2011. I returned two suits that Chadwick received one on 7/5/2011 and the second on 8/10/2011. Chadwick has acknowledged receipt of all the returns. To this date and after several emails to Chadwicks, I still do not have a refund or exchange for the returned merchandise.
 
Here is the detail:
Order number:C000273239 $120.98. Suits returned & received by Chadwicks 7/5/2011 and 8/10/2011.
Order number:C000276675 $23.99 Pumps returned & received by Chadwicks on 7/5/2011.

Below is the email from Chadwick's customer service acknowledging return and amounts due to me, however I have NOT received any credit to my account even though I have contacted Chadwicks several times.
