Chadwicks Metrostyle, Casual Living Promised Refund Is nowhere to be found Internet, Internet
Chadwicks received my return Oct 28,2011. I noticed I am not the only one with this issue. I have actually gotten a "supervisor" several times after extremely long waits of 45 mins to an hour who assures me my refund will be definitely credited in 2 weeks. The last contact I made was with the company mid January again assuring me all refunds would be made by Jan 30,2012. I called again Feb 13 - this time the message does tell you to email to resolution@chadwicks.com. I did that and I still have no refund.
