Chadwicks of Boston Refusal to reimburse returned merchandise Milford, Connecticut
12/14/11 It's been 2 wks since returned merchandise was received at Chadwicks return distribution center (according to the USPS). I have been calling off and on for 2 wks and never get an answer, on hold for 30 min and then disconnected just to start all over again.
A few times I have selected option 1 just so I could talk to someone and explain only to be sent to the 'Supervisors' qeue, then the holding game begins again. I even had one lady who took my name, # and promised that someone from the 'Returns' Dept would call me back....that was 1 wk ago. So where do we go from here? I hate to think that I was F***ED out of $150.00 + postage (for tracking)!!
$$$ is very hard to come by and is very tight not to mention especially @ this time of year.
