Chais Realty, Glenn Morrissette put locks on my house and a notice that my house was purchased thru them in a foreclosure. Once I contacted them, they offered me money (relocation fee) to move. Once I recontacted them I was threatened with an "immenent eviction" and that they was few relocation monies available. Come to find out, they never foreclosed on my home and everything this shady company did was a scam.
Once I told Chais Realty I was in contact with FREC I was threatened again with a court hearing and their supposed attornies. This company is a fraud! Do not let them scare you out of your home! Only deal with your current mortgage holder!

This claim is Fraudulent!!! In rebuttal to the person who made the report against me, she had her house foreclosed on and I was the realtor assigned by the bank to market the property. In response to this, she filed a fraudulant report with the Florida Real Estate Commission. This claim was found to be false and unsubstantiated. It is sad day when someone can try and ruin your reputation because they feel like it! I have never had a complaint filed before this...I pride myself in being honest & reputable. In closing, All can say is that the person that wrote this report has a multiple arrest record in Hillsborough County which shows her moral character! People, don't believe everything you read on the internet...there is always 2 sides to every story. Thank you.
