Had vehicle towed to Champion Chev for fuel service repair. Charged me approx $1,400 and said it was fixed. I drove 1 mile and vehicle stopped running and had to be towed back to Champion by AAA. Said they would look into it and fix it. Told me it was fixed with a new fuel pump and would run. Called me back and said it had trouble running and would need more work. Said the new charge was $1,023 and then they would need to charge $3,800 more for fuel injector work. I stopped them from additional work, paid them the extra $1,023 (fees now already totaled $2,423) and drove off. Got 4 miles and vehicle stopped again. Had to be towed by AAA to a wholly new place because of the work of Champion Chevrolet. I am a 69 year old senior citizen on a fixed income. I am a U.S. Military veteran. I believe they diligently tried to take financial advantage of an old man. They should be ashamed.
