i WENT TO KIA LOOKING FOR A VECHICLE- VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES -I PURCHASED A 2004 CHEV PICKUP FOR 12,000.00 WHEN I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK DUE TO MY INEXPIERENCE I WASNT OFFERED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY-WELL I DROVE THE VECHICLE 3 TIMES IN A LESS THAN A MONTH AND THE CRUISE CONTROL QUIT-I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND THEY SAID BRING IT IN TO THE SHOP-WELL WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY VECHICLE THEY RAN A DIAG ON THE VECHICLE AND SAID THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH WAS BAD AND THE COST WOULD BE $348.00 TO REPAIR - I OFFERED TO SPLIT THE COST I WOULD PAY FOR PARTS AND THEY WOULD DO LABOR- JEFF THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME IF THATS ALL I HAD DROVE THE VECHICLE I DIDNT NEED IT. (NOT HIS DECISION) THEY WOULD DO NOTHING .

MY SALES PERSON WAS TARA AND HER COMMENT WAS YOU BOUGHT A USED VECHICLE. WHEN I CONTACTED THE PERSON IN FINANCING ABOUT NOT HAVING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I WAS TOOK MY CREDIT WAS TO BAD TO RECIEVE IT. NOW LET ME THINK ABOUT THIS I JUST BOUGHT A 12,000 VECHICLE BUT MY CREDIT WAS TO BAD!!! I PAID THE BILL AND TOOK IT TO A VERY REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP SHOWED THEM THE DIAG AND THEY ORDERED THE PART AND REPLACED IT.

WELL GUESS WHAT THATS NOT WHAT IS WRONG, AND OH BY THE WAY WHEN I LEFT THE KIA DEALERSHIP AFTER THEIR "WORK ON IT" I NOW HAVE NO BRAKE LIGHTS(HARD TO DRIVE THIS WAY). I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION AND I AM CONTACTING EVERYONE IE: TOM MARTINO, PAULA WOODWARD, CHASE BANK TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE ISSUE. IF ANYONE HAS SUGGESTION OF WHO ELSE TO CONTACT PLEASE LET ME KNOW BUT I AM SAYING BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION KIA.
