Complaint Review: CHAMPION MORTGAGE- ART FLEMMING

Refinanced, house. Got great deal with Champion thru Art Flemming ex.6358 Told us everything is in one payment escrow, property taxes, hazard insurance.

Had attorney at law (john papastrat) come to our house to sign the papers 1 times had to send him home because he had no idea what he was doing. (was also 2hrs late). Came back (1hr late next night) when papers were all signed, we were told to call art to get the taxes into the mortgage. This started Dec 9, 2005 we are still waiting on some one to call back and it is Jan 15, 2006.

Nobody return phone calls including managers, we were also told when it was all said and done we would recieve X amount of money. when we got the check we got LESS $989. with a letter and still no phone call.
