Complaint Review: Champion Mortgage

This has been going on since BOA sold my mortgagae to Champion and is a Ripoff to watch your invoice for. My last invoice dated Februrary 28 to March 31 include the line items of a payment of $20.00 for property inspection on March 21 then another payment for the same thing for $40.00 on March 25. Another payment is listed for $325.00 for property appraisal on March 28. Thats a total charge to me of $390.00 that they never preformed.

I am retired and don't go any place and this ripoff NEVER did come out to do any inspections or an appraisal. Each month they add this charge to my invoice as charges for services performed. Every month they inflate the amount due  trying to move the amount due to the max of the mortgage trying to bring it to the closing amount. As a person on fixed income, (SS), and with no extra income to pay an inflated Property insurance that they charge for I feel their license should be revoked in the State of Florida. They should also have to repay all amounts Billed for the fraudlent billings back to the day they purchasted the Mortgage.
