Complaint Review: Champion Nails

Went to have my eyebrows waxed. Had a diagram with how I wanted it and a diagram of what I didn't want to make it clear and to make my point of not waxing too much off.

Wore make up at the time and advised them to remove it so that it wouldn't interfere or misguide the waxing. They refused and guarantied it had no effect.

When I returned home and got my make up off, half my eyebrow was missing on my left side. I returned to Champion Nails and complained that even with my careful instructions they had removed too much, ignored my requests and disfigured me. Their defense was that if you wear make-up, they will wax to the painted line rather then the line of your own eyebrow, and that I had left the shop happy.

Of course I was at the time, because it was disguised by the make-up. They refused to cooperate, find a solution to the problem and to refund me.
