Champion Roofing A/K/A Ambassador Restorations, LLC Unethical, Unprofessional and and overall poor Roofing Company Bowling Green Kentucky
Today is Febraury 11, 2014 and to date, this will be the 37th attempt at communication/resolution with CHAMPION that my myself or my wife. We have been contacting them since December 11, 2013 regarding a roof leak. The leak is from the terrible job performed by this company.They also left our yard a mess, with shingles and nails all over the yards. They left buckets of roof nails in our front yard. They installed vents on our roof where there are voids and make no sense to help ventilate the house.
That's 37 calls, messages left and requests for assistance that have gone unanswered. They won't let us speak to a supervisor. The people that once came to our house are no longer with the company.
I am absolutely disgusted by this egregious failure of customer service and lack of concern for our on-going issue that is clearly covered by the warranty we received.
I am keeping accurate records of our interaction with Champion with the intent of pursuing legal action, in addition, we've contacted the Better Business Bureau, the State of Kentucky, Angie's List and a host of other Consumer Affairs advocates and I will continue to dedicate myself to spreading the word of our experience with Champion.
It's an absolute shame that companies like Champion are allowed to do business this way in this country and continue to misrepresent and bamboozle innocent home-owners.
