We had a 4 season room built by Champion and regret that we used them. They used and put up defective material, there was poor communication from them, and their workmanship was not quality like they advertise to have. We had to be here to make sure they were doing things right. We could not take a vacation because we had to be here to watch everything they did.
They said it would take 3 weeks to put it up and took almost 9 weeks with them showing up sometimes only twice in the week (and the weather was great, so no reason there). Our roof leaked twice and it took them 3 times to get it right. When we told them time after time about the poor work or defective material they said "oh we will come out and fix it" But we finally had to say "no we don't want your guys here any more". We did not want it messed up more. We had to fix or repair their mistakes!
We did not just want nice guys we wanted and paid for nice work! Make sure you get Everything in writing they say because if you are not there to watch their work you may not get what you wanted.
