they are a trucking company that just started in Tulsa OK....they lie to get you into orientation, offer you food and say you get paid to sit in class. The information provided on their Web page talked about a lease to own option after 90 days once got to orientation you were to lease on immediately. they false advertise. Didn't pay while in training and never catered any of the training. Brandon is the owner and Sammy is his right hand guy. They came from the oil fields in southern Texas. Sammy is a womanizer harassing all the help in the office. They have not been paying any of their employees. There are drivers that have been driving for weeks and still not getting paid. They come up with every excuse in the book on why they haven't paid. They have you lease onto a truck sayin you will pay for 3 yrs but before you can pay it off they will fire you and keep the truck. This place is a joke. Horrible company to work for. You have more stress working for them then not having a job. They will give you money for doin something and say that's ur pay then take it out as an advancement. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! They need to be shut down and thrown in jail!

Champion Truck Lines Lying to 3 other drivers as well!

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Thu, January 28, 2016

There were 3 of us in my orientation class. One from NC, one from OK, and the other from AR. We were pretty much told close to the same things. Sign the lease, not the "temporary lease". We each got a truck, were told it was going to be $450 a week for payments. So we selected our trucks and moved in. They told us that when orientation was over, we were going to have to sleep in our trucks until loads could be found for us. One driver was stranded in Pennsylvania and forced out of his truck and find his own way back home. The other driver never made it off their yard before he was forced to leave and then the other driver was stranded there in Tulsa, OK after having been out for them for over a month. She never saw a formal paycheck and was fired after having had to ask for some of her pay for expenses at home. When she asked, repeatedly, for some of her pay, they decided she needed to clean out her truck. She even had her dog with her. I don't know what happened to her after that.

They have some serious issues. Those 3 drivers were pretty much ruined. These drivers never knew what sort of garbage they were in for and had no idea of what sort of company they were dealing with.

I'm still in touch with those 3 drivers, even now. There needs to be a class action suit against them for these bad practices. The "safety director", I don't know how many were in this position, gave an air of confidence but at the time of signing their "temporary leases" then switches the leases and pretends the driver's signatures are in the wrong place, switches the lease paperwork and the driver ends up signing the "real" lease. An example of the "temporary lease" can be found online. When the driver then signs it, it is switched out and the lease the driver signed to begin with is then torn up. This is a bait and switch tactic.

Start applying the heat to this company and see what happens. They will "go under" and then disappear, only to reappear somewhere else, under a different name.

If you want more, detailed information, I know a driver who still has copies of both types of leases. The driver still has the "real lease" in hand and can produce it on demand.
