Complaint Review: Champion Windows

I ordered 4 replacement windows from Champion. Six weeks later they arrived and I scheduled an install for the following Wednesday at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. At 9:30 the installer showed up, dropped off the four windows, told me he had another job with 3 windows and he would be back in about 2 hours. At 1:30pm I called the office in Fort Worth, they had no idea what was going on and said they would call me back, at 2:30 I received a call, they still didn't know where the installer was, but would have another come complete the job. At 3:30 a single installer arrived, removed one of the old windows, and then discovered that the new windows was the wrong size. He measured the other windows and found that only one of them would fit. He installed the one window and placed a sheet of plywood over the hole where a window should be (destroyed the old window removing it) and it's now 6:00PM, So, I've wasted a day off and have a gaping hole covered with plywood, no I'm not happy. Called the local distributor in Fort Worth, David Lopez, he's real sorry and has placed a rush on new windows. How long will it take to get them I ask, his reply about 4 weeks. So I called the main office in Ohio, had to leave two messages with the president and his assistant before someone called me back. Their response "We are very sorry and we will get those windows to just a soon as we can", how soon is that I ask? Just a soon as we can. Can you say "Brush Off"
