Complaint Review: Champkicks.com

I too, have had the exact same experience as the previous posters regarding the site, champkicks.com. I always investigate sites before I order from them for the first time, but this time my son was begging for a pair of Air Jordan's that only seemed to be available on their site, and it was his birthday.

So under pressure I ordered, site unseen...
Four weeks ago we ordered the shoes, and were told 5-8 business days. After almost three weeks passed, I began sending emails requesting tracking numbers, etc.

THe phone number listed was not answered or was answered by someone who had no idea what champkicks was. I contacted the BBB in Ontario and filed a complaint there. They had received three previous identical complaints. THey had further information, citing a Mr. Matrin Atel as the Principal owner of the site, as well as the Scarborough, Ontario address. Another address related to the site was 8 Sandham Cr. Markham, ON L3P 1A1, and another number listed was 905-947-8939. According to my Google satellite search of the addresses, they seem to be about one to two miles away from each other.
