Photo shows armed Clinton County NY Sheriffs Colecting money from a local business during business hours to pay a past due bill from CVPH Medical Center This is the same Sheriffs Dept. that was told a few years back that one of their jailed inmates was walking around downtown. They seam to be right on target with this task.
