 I am also a victim of this non active website. I purchased item on the 9th, received confirmation and then received an email about having network issues. I contacted customer service via email and all they have said is to be patient with delivery. They still send me bogus tracking number but no change in activity with package. I contacted my bank about situation on or around December 15th. Is there anything else I can do? This was one of my Christmas gifts to my sons. I couldnt afford to buy him anything else and i am saddened that he did not receive a gift from me on Christmas since i am away from them in another state at this time. Please let me know. Its Very much appreciated
