Complaint Review: Champs Apparel

I was looking for a Color Rush jersey for my son for Christmas and found this website, Champs Apparel.com   It offered the jersey for about $20 less than the other websites that I had looked at.  It promised "official NFL merchandise" and "quick delivery".  I placed the order on December 6th.

I should have known something was wrong when I received an alert from my bank for an international charge on my debit card.  But since it matched the dollar amount of my purchase I let it go.  I received an email saying their website was down for a week but not to worry it would be back up soon.  I tried emailing the customer service email address for a status on my order and my email bounced back.  That is when I got worried.  I found another email for customer service....that also didn't work.  

I decided to then research a phone number to call since we are 3 days from Christmas and I discovered dozens of complaints JUST like mine.  Shame on me for not checking them out first.  I have alerted my bank and they are investigating and hopefully refunding my $120.  

Now....where can I find a Color Rush jersey, 3 days before Christmas, so my son's heart isn't broken??  JERKS!!!!!
