Champs Champs Sports Champs Apparel Ordered Ezekiel Elliott jersey and the website is now not working and the Jersey has not arrived Nationwide

I ordered a Ezekiel Elliott Dallas Cowboys jersey from champsapparel.com on December 6, 2016. It supposedly was shipped on December 9th per an email I received. The email stated it was shipped from China and gave a USPS tracking number. I tried to track the package to no avail. On Dec 12 I get an email that their website champsapparel.com is having "network error issue" and that it will take at least 7 days to resolve. It instructs you to visit "www.champsapparelstore.com" , supposedly their "alternative website for assistance. When you try and go there it says the server can't be found. We have still yet to receive our order. I called Champs today and they say they don't recognize this website and couldn't give me any more information. Can someone please tell me what's going on, because this was a Christmas for my son. This is credit card fraud definitely. I'd really like our money back!
