SPECIAL UPDATE: January 30, 2012: Chandler Hill Partners remains committed to increased customer satisfaction and has improved their business practices over the years to better serve their customers. Chandler Hill Partners is truly dedicated to making sure their customers are satisfied and that any complaints which do arise are addressed promptly and fairly.

To date, Chandler Hill Partners has made good faith efforts to resolve all complaints reported on Rip-off Report. Look at how you used the product or service that was provided in relation with the instructions that you received. The Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program will help you get your voice heard but please be prepared with documentation and fair representation of your concern, also have an idea of how the company can fix your concern. Can they offer additional services, extend warranties, offer a fair refund or just get you talking with someone that can help. ..let them know and let us know!

Chandler Hill Partners Ripoff ATLANTA JOB SEEKERS BEWARE--THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM Atlanta Georgia

I can tell you that all that has been posted here is absolutely true (meetings with spouses--WHAT???, and a very convincing sales pitch). Beware of any company with high rent accomodations charging you from $5000-10,000 for what will turn out to be a resume coaching session and a way to write unethical "marketing letters" to get into companies under false pretense who actually have no positions. I, also had the displeasure of meeting with Sara Hightower (Hill) the CEO of the company who I insisted I meet with to request an immediate refund and a "voided contract". She was so nervous (hands literally shaking) and WOULD NOT talk to me even though I had a scheduled meeting a week in advance (and she left me in the waiting room for half an hour past the appointment--bad idea. I REALLY observed what was going on in that time!) She wanted me out of her office ("I have clients here, will you please leave?") and would NOT address any of my concerns, issues, etc. I could go on and on. The day of this meeting, I could not believe the poor souls (one after the other) walking in with $4000+ checks who will end up in the same boat. My initial meeting with Laura should have been my first clue--she has not been able to make eye contact with me in my repeated attempts to expose them. I have no idea how Laura, Tracy and Sara can sleep at night!!!

My final warning is to tell you that I was solicted by them via a blind posting for a job. They have lied about this, sending me false documentation (that is TOTALLY fabricated) on how I sought our their services. NOT TRUE! I am going as far as possible with this--I am looking for others who have had the same experiences. I have collected quite a number of stories already. We DO NOT want businesses like this in Atlanta and we do not want the companies in Atlanta who DO have very ethical hiring practices to be getting these "marketing letters" that we have been manipulated into writing by Chandler Hill that won't get us the job anyway.
