Change Of Address.com I typed in usps.com and change of address came up. It has UPS in its web page. I clicked on the link and it had all the boxes to fill out the change of addresss info but did not state a price for the services. It asked for a credit card so I entered the info and low and behold charged my bank $19.95. When I contacted the company I was told that I would not be refunded the money because it states that they are not part of the USPS. Internet
I typed in USPS.com and change of address pops up with UPS in the title and literature.. When you click on the link it takes you to a format to enter the pertinent information. After entering the info it asks for a credit card number. The fee is $19.95. Which you don't find out until your credit card has already been charged. When I contacted the company, which was % minutes after the transaction took place I was told that I should have read the fine print where it states that they are not affiliated with the USPS and that I would not receive a refund. They should not be able to use USPS ouUPS anywhere in their company info.
