After filling out the info with my finger hovering over the 'enter' key I read the ultra fine print to find out there is a charge of $38.00 and then you get put on a monthly $9.95 fee automatically, unless you contact them to unsubscribe. With that realization of the mistake I mistakingly hit 'send'. I immediately contacted them to explain that I did not need the service. Too bad, there are no refunds. No number to call. The USPS offers change of address for $1. It is a very misleading website that would suck a lot of people into it unknowingly.

I googled USPS change of address. The top listing seemed to be what I wanted with a format similiar to the USPS site. After filling out the information I was reading the fine print only to realize this was not a USPS site and they were charging a $38 fee and enrolling in a $9.95 automatic monthly fee.

At that point I accidently hit 'send' knowing immediately that this was not the site I wanted. I immediately contacted the service to ask for a refund. The reply came back that no refunds were given.
