Channel Advisor Does NOT Stick the their own contract morrisville North Carolina
We had a similar experience as the others have already reported. We did sign a contract with an early release claus attached to it. So when it came to time to use the early release we used it and then they attemtped to charge us for another month of service and have now sent my company to collections. If you use this company you will be taken advatage of. There are MANY other and better options out there than using these guys.
We paid them well ove $800.00 a month for there half a$$ service and did everything they put in their contract and then they attemted to charge for another month of service when we were granted the eraly release clause. We quickly told them if they charged our account it would be an unauthorized charge. I had to change my bank information so they could not. So i believe now thay have also sent us to court to get a judgment.
