Complaint Review: Chapel of the Chimes

This company has been abusing the california system of at will state and fraud and dealing without a license foer over 2 years and they have been getting away with it. check out a lawsuit that one individual filled against them. this will be aDavid and Goliath battle.  a billion dollar company who always threathens their employees and anyone who complains get firred immediately for no reason. Please check out the lawsuit at Santa Clara county courthouse  case number 114CV266327. It will show all the alligations and all are verified because it will show that they have been selling without a license and they say thats just a joke because.no one got hurt with it. its called buyers remorse.  If you buy a funeral and 10 years from now they can just say they will not honor it because the person who wrote and signed does not have  a license and he is no longer working for the company. what do I do. I am stuck with a dead relative that I cannot bury and wthe price would be triple also. wire Tapping without mentioning to the public about their private affair.  this also can be checked because. They used a answering service and they all have recorings.  

Thjis is a federal violation but they sy they have a vice Nayor in their staff that cleans up all their mess.  the Vice mayor of Union City california.Jim navarro. they just pay off evryone.  lawyers to stop any questions.this company is from Texas and they bought this location about 3 years ago and they already fired over 30 personel.more than half their staff who has been there some for over 24 years. anyone who complians and question about the illegal things they do are fired immediately. because they know that it is very hard to get lawyers to fight and very costly. this is worst thatn the old Mafia.
