Chapin Law Office - Robert William Chapin, Excepted a 6000.00 dollar retainer to represent this wrongfully accused man. Purposely neglects the case, gives you No professioal help at trial, Chapin Law Office--Lincoln, Nebraska. Takes your retainer, then forgets why you hired him. Completely neglects your case, gives you no professional legal assistance. Omaha, Nebraska
I hired Robert William Chapin to represent me in a criminal trial in Seward County Nebraska. I was arrested on some private farmland and taken to jail from that location. The Nebraska State patrol with the help of the Seward county sheriffs department drove the defendants vehicle off the private farmland to the Seward Motorfreight parking lot of the I-80 exit.
After a month in jail the preliminary hearing was held, I then found out that I was being charged with various crimes which happen at this parking lot in Seward. Also charged with driving to this location. I have never been to or drove to this location in my life.
I hired Robert William Chapin of Lincoln. {Bill Chapin} He told me he would prove this arrest and arrest location were fabricated by law officials.
Walking up to the court house he informs me that he didn't have enough time to prepare for trial. Says everthing he can to try and get you to fire him that day.
The Seward County attorney Wendy Elston put fabricated witness's on the stand, which gave false testimony to the jury placing the defendant at this Seward Motor freight parking lot. Chapin would not impeach these witness's with available evidence. He would not help me obtain the dispatch records from the State Patrol or Seward County Communications which would prove I was arrested at a different location.
He helps the prosection to cover up a crooked trial. He subpoena witness's for you on your behave. While there in the hall way of the court house. The judge will close the trial for the day. Chapin will go out and release the witness's from the subpoena. The next day your wonder where your witness's are, he'll tell you I don't know.
He asked for six continuances threw out the trial because he was not prepared and there are loop holes in the discovery turned over to the defense. But he does not file a affidavit with these continuance motions per NEBRASKA LAW.
I have never been to this arrest location in my life. But thanks to Robert William Chapin I went to prison for it. Lost my appeal because he filed no affidavit with these continuance motions. Court of appeals said he had time to prepare. A Competant lawyer could of proved the State was lying, impeached State witness's, made arguments at trial which could of been appealed and won.
Don't end up studying the law in prison. I will give anybody who reads this the best advice in the world. The legal system is not honest, jurys believe lying state officials and cops. You have one chance to prove your innocent in trial, don't ruin your chance by hiring a crooked lawyer like Chapin Law office. He's done helping you the day you pay him money!!

JAMES YOUNG, Appellee,
v.
JUSTINA M. ZOBRIST, Appellant.
No. A-20-796.
Court of Appeals of Nebraska.
Filed June 1, 2021.
Appeal from the District Court for Sarpy County: STEFANIE A. MARTINEZ, Judge. Affirmed.
Robert Wm. Chapin, Jr., of Chapin Law Office, for appellant.
INTRODUCTION
Justina M. Zobrist appeals from an order of the District Court for Sarpy County granting James Young's motion to vacate an order allowing Zobrist to proceed in forma pauperis. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
CONCLUSION
For the reasons set forth above, we conclude that the district court had jurisdiction to hear Young's motion to vacate the order allowing Zobrist to proceed in forma pauperis. Further, we conclude that the court did not preclude Zobrist from exercising her statutory remedies following the vacation of the order. Accordingly, we affirm.

Appeal from the Separate Juvenile Court of Lancaster County: LINDA S. PORTER, Judge. Affirmed.
Robert Wm. Chapin, Jr., of Chapin Law Office, Lincoln, for appellant.
ASSIGNMENTS OF ERROR
Mohamed assigns that the juvenile court erred by finding (1) that Prince lacked proper parental care by reason of his faults or habits and (2) that his actions placed Prince at a definite risk of harm. On cross-appeal, Abak assigns that the juvenile court erred by making the same determinations with respect to her.
CONCLUSION
We find that the juvenile court did not err by adjudicating Prince as a child that lacked proper parental care by reason of the fault or habits of both Mohamed and Abak. Accordingly, we affirm.
{ Robert Chapin for Appellant Mohamed K. Waste of Time and Waste of Money LOST }

STATE OF NEBRASKA, Appellant,
v.
THOMAS N. SAILORS, SR., Appellee.
No. A-20-050.
Court of Appeals of Nebraska.
Filed May 25, 2021.
Appeal from the District Court for Gage County: RICKY A. SCHREINER, Judge. Affirmed in part, and in part reversed and remanded with directions.
Robert Wm. Chapin, Jr., for appellee.
INTRODUCTION
The State of Nebraska appeals the order of the Gage County District Court granting the motion for absolute discharge of Thomas N. Sailors, Sr., which motion was based upon the violation of his right to a speedy trial.
CONCLUSION
In sum, we affirm that part of the district court's order finding that in performing a speedy trial calculation, the court should combine all nonexcludable time in cases Nos. CR 17-183 and CR 19-106. However, having determined that the district court erred in failing to perform a speedy trial calculation, we reverse the judgment and remand the cause with directions for the district court to perform a speedy trial calculation.
{ Robert Chapin for Appellee Thomas N. Sailors. The District Court granted Sailors motion for absolute discharge, the State of Nebraska Appealed. Sailors hires Robert Chapin. Now Sailors is on his way back to the district court for a recalculation of his speedy trial. Who gave him Chapin’s number the State. }
BENJAMIN M., appellant,
v.
JERI S., appellee.
No. S-19-1144.
Supreme Court of Nebraska.
Filed November 6, 2020.
Appeal from the District Court for Lancaster County: SUSAN I. STRONG, Judge. Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
Robert Wm. Chapin, Jr., Lincoln, for appellee.
NATURE OF CASE
Benjamin M. filed an action to establish paternity, custody, support, and parenting time. Benjamin later filed two notarized acknowledgments of paternity contemporaneously with an amended complaint to establish custody, support, and parenting time. The district court dismissed the amended complaint based on statute of 385*385 limitations grounds. Benjamin appeals and argues that the district court erred in failing to give proper legal effect to the notarized acknowledgments of paternity. We agree and reverse the district court's order and remand the cause for further proceedings.
{Robert Chapin for Appellee Jeri S. Appears the District court ruled in favor of Jeri S. Appellant appealed this ruing and Jeri S hired Robert Chapin. Now This Court ruled in favor of Appellant. Hope Jeri S hires a different attorney on her way back to court}

Unpublished. State v. Parson A-15-304, A-15-306 Robert Wm. Chapin, Jr., for Appellant.
Robert wm. Chapin files two Meritless appeals. In fact the Court States that Chapin has not cited any case, and their research has uncovered nothing in support of Chapins arguments! That in fact case law suggests otherwise.
