Chapman Autoplex Ripoff! Cheats sold me a lemon and a useless warranty! Scottsdale Arizona
I bought a car from Chapman Autoplex, i also bought the extended warrenty. I had the car one month and i needed a new fuel pump, which they said was not under warrenty, didn't get it out of the drive and the car died. Then they said it was the O2 sensor, again not covered under warranty. In the same year i had 2 fuel pumps, 2 O2sensors, my trans fixed 11 times and much more. But i got back at them, I sued them for breach of contract (for the warrenty) and i won, it was great

I'm pleased this dealer was sued for breach of contract because they would have sued yor for the same thing. If more people went after car dealerships for their deceptive and unfair practices car shopping would be a pleasent experience someday. They are the most fraudulent retail business there is. Their tactic range from hiding keys to detaining customers in their F&I office and changing the contract after receiving down payment, resfusing refund when they knew the whole time they will not deliver.
