Very disappointed! A year ago, these guys sold me a car with a Wrong Tire (Not Meeting Factory Specs) that was mounted incorrectly, to bag couple of hundred dollars for themselves. They did not mention a word back then during the sale. Now, I have Shimmy Steering Wheel problem and went to the service department, the Service Advisor Andy Sivek tells me that is because of the "WRONG TIRE" mounted improperly. What?? When I said, you guys sold the car to me with a wrong tire, he says that they won’t do such a thing and calls me a liar.

So to fix the problem, he wanted me to change 2 tires. I still had the problem after changing them and went again and they moved the new tires to the front, but nothing changed the problem persists. They just want your money to try different things, having no clue / insight about the problem. Bogus technicians!

They also replaced a Wish Bone (Control Arm) before selling the car to me, but did not do the Wheel Alignment. When I went for the scheduled “Vehicle Check”, the car needs a Thrust Arm Bush replaced, and now, they want me to pay additional dollars for the Wheel Alignment because they are repairing the suspension system. So if they had to pay it is not needed, but if they can bill the customer it is mandated. Again Bogus!

So, these guys will do anything to cut corners to make the sale profitable and call you a liar if you question them later.

Very Incompetent, Shady, Bogus and not Trust Worthy! I Won’t go here ever again, and will NEVER recommend this place to any one!

My problem was the establishment failed to acknowledge their mistake. The Service Manager had the courtesy to call and acknowledge that it was a mistake from their side, and he agreed to work with me to resolve the issue.

Your own words, 'i drove the car for a year' A FREAKING YEAR!!! If it truly had a non reg tire mounted incorrectly it would have shown up way before a year of driving the car. WAY before. I think YOU hit something, blew a tire, and are trying to get Chapman to pay for it. Looks like YOUR scam didn't work. Pffft. 'I drove the car for a year"  What a hoot. nice try
