Traded in my 2011 leased Lexus on a 2013 Dodge Charger on December 05 with a promised payoff within 10 days from Chapman Dodge, Las vegas. As of January 08 I spoke TO Lexus and they do not have any record of a payoff check from Chapman. I have sent 5 emails  and several phone messages  to Gen. Mgr .Mr. Don Hamrick for help with no response. When I call dealer I just get voice mail and no one will talk to me. Lexus Financial Services have a complete record on my nightmare. I am now getting calls from a collection agency for non payment and a negative report has been sent to the credit agencies which has hurt my hard earned credit score. Please help me.

As of 01/8/2012 Chapman finally paid off car. Because of my consistent follow up I feel that is why it is now closed. You need to know the stress damage ,time spent, and possibility of a bad credit report still exist.

Since Dodge is part of Chrysler Corporation, and Chrysler Corp. is part of the Federal Reserve, it might be a good idea to send a copy of your Ripoff Report to Ben Bernanke in Washington DC.

You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED, and go to the site with the five charts in order to see that Chrysler Corp. is listed in 'Chart 3'.

I believe that it makes sense to go right to the top when you are not getting the results that you expected. Your credit score is most likely being damaged because of the Dodge dealership's neglect, right? Someone at the Dodge dealership obviously did not make the promised pay-off.

If you 'Google' this- BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, you can get their address and send them a copy of your Ripoff Report and copies of the transaction from the Dodge dealership.

Good luck to you and keep us updated.
