Complaint Review: Chapman hall realtors

  Mr. Sammy Torres is a horrible agent and shouldn't be in his line of duty. I put a offer in for the property .the asking price was 125,000. I respectfully sent the offer with the asking price. Without giving notice to my agent he changed the price to (128,000) without even acknowledging our offer. I am a U.S. Navy veteran and this would've been my first home and my first real home buying evolution. To receive such a horrible experience for my first time as a home buyer isn't respectable at all. His actions are bad for business and isn't what we all need during a creditable home buying evolution. Buyers Beware !
