Said they had a book in store but did not, ordered it without my permission and charged my card even though I didn't get the book and refused to reverse the charges saying I could get store credit (as if I would go into that store), told me to ask an Irish person how things work in Ireland (um I live in Ireland and they're the first scammers I've encountered).
