I cannot believe how bad this company is.   I purchased this grill last year from Boscovs  without doing research.  I should have listened to myself instead of my wife and opted for a weber.     This grill cooks unevenely.   the gas rail is along the back of the unit, and it all collects there and causes a huge hotspot in the back of the girll.   there is virtually no heat in the front of the grill and everything cooks or shall i say  BURNS in the back.      to top it off I keep thsi grill covered and it is rusting away.  not to mention, one of the wheeels fell off from rolling it and it apparently twisted loose and came off.     

Charbroil had the nerve to tell me  the grill is designed to cook in the back and not the front -  so they basically admitted its a faulty design  and they will do nothing about it.   they also refused to replace any parts because they claim it was purchased last may , despite the fact this has a year warranty andwas purchased in may last year.  OH WAIT -   im sorry  they made a generous offer to give me ten percent off my next grill and ship it to me for free -  what a crock.       If anyone knows the email address to ALAN SHAW the CEO of this corrupt compmany  please post it.  I will be fighting this with my credit card company for sure.  I am not allowing this piece of crap to be payed for by the hard money i earn.       STAY AWAY FROM CHARBROIL
