Charge.com / Pipeline Data Processing Secure pay, Pipeline data service does'nt work,overcharge,hidden fee,switching documents,wont cancel account that never worked , Internet

I was sent an email saying $15 per month total cost to me,no early termination fee's,no hidden fee's,on merchant account with charge.com but what did I get? I got the run around on the phone trying to cancel ever since the first week when I found out their service was not allowed on my website server.To top it off they did not provide a usable button or the live shipping rates which is the only reason I was going to try their service to begin with and then they charged me $60 for 1 month service for no use at all.Then I was sent an email saying they would charge me $300 to cancel my account that I never even used and I never signed the agreement that they said I did.It has been over 2 months now and they still keep passing me from one person to another on the phone and tell me no one can talk now we will call you back the next available rep. I guess no-one works there cause it's been 2 months and the only one calling is me and I still get nowhere.The first contact is charge.com then they become secure pay and then they
become pipeline data processing I'm not sure who they are  but I do know they are
Rip offs and need to be stopped.
