Complaint Review: charged.fm

Bought tickets for One Direction concert for my step daughter last Christmas. Total cost for 2 floor seats was $530.50. Tickets came and we were ready to go on Sept. 1, 2015.  When she got there-tickets wouldn't scan, and she was told they were fake. 

Contacted customer service immediately via email and explained the situation.  There is a guarantee on the site protecting against counterfeit tickets.  Never received any acknowledgement from company.  Emailed several times, called, and used chat feature online.

On Sept 26, 2015, someone responded to a chat online, "Peggy".  She told me the seller was suspended and I would receive an email with regards to my refund.  I have never heard anything since. 

Business claims to be accredited with BBB, they are NOT.  They have an F rating.  They do not honor guarantee.  Some tickets may not be counterfeit, but  you don't want to take the chance if they are!  Company does absolutely nothing to honor gurarantee.
