Purchased a set of Chaps, Vest and Jacket from Chairty Leather back in November 2016 as a Christmas gift for my husband.

I paid $241 and everything looked ligit and it got good reviews. I was supposed to recieve items within 4-7 business days. I waited and nothing was recieved. I checked the tracking and it said it was still being processed. I emailed several times with nothing but the run around. First I was told I would get a refund immidiately, which I have yet to get. Then I was told the company sold and I started getting suspicious so I started asking questions. I filed a report with the BBB and they got the message and asked me to remove it and I never did. I again asked for my money back with no avail. Today, Feb 13,2017 I checked the website and it was gone.

I delt with a person named Joe and a person named Phil. When I started getting replies from these two people is when I noticed the email address... started as admin@charityleather.com but the replies were homebiz1919@gmail.com and that is where I started asking questions. I googled the address I found on them and it is to an appartment complex in Chandler Arizona. The phone number I have for them is 1-855-276-2705. I am not done with them yet. I want my money back!
