i am single mother taking care of two college students. being an immgrant from nigeria, people take advantage of my accent. between me and my daughters,we managed to save up to $6,000 for a new car.

i bought a hyundai accent automatic yrs 2000 with 31142 miles for my daughter from charile thomas hyundaiin 12215 gulf freeway houston texas. the sales person name was Rob Danielson friday 5/18/01. the daughter iwas buying the car was not there. by the time we finished the deal it was 21:30 hours.

i was told by the finance and sales person that i have 3DAYS/150 MILES RETURN POLICY if iam not completely satisfied with it. saturday morning we noticed that:
1. the car has dents all over it.
2. my daughter did not like it.

charile thomas was not open on sunday. i took it back on monday5/21/01,which is the second bussiness day, and the difference in milage in the car was 40 miles before we left home for charile thomas hyundai dealership.

i told the sales person my intent,he told me that the tittle has been written in my name so they not taking the car back. i showed the sales person the dents on the car, and we also looked at the odometer and it was not up to 150 miles.

i left the car keys with cahrile thomas and told them to give me my money back. i did not hear from them untill i called them on the 5/22/01.

Mr sam horrel(boss) came up with a different version that the car has made 182 miles extra. i told him i checked the car with Mr. Daniels.

so when i turned my back, someone drove the car around to clock the 182 miles. the car is still packed there where it has been since monday. please help me to get my money back.
