Charles Cebula ripoff company that ripped off nearly every employee that ever worked for him South Holland Illinois
I have stock in a company that I no longer work at. I have a document signed by the CEO that stated upon leaving the company my stock would be purchased from me and get my investment money back. In addition he has furnished a repurchase agreement that stated he agreed to pay the amount within 30 days of april 7th., 2003. To this day he refuses to take my calls and I have not received payment.
The CEO referenced above is an attorney and knows how to make the law work to his advantage. I know of several instances of former employees that he has ripped off in one way or another. It is fair to say that everyone that has worked at this company has been ripped off by this man. He has taken over a successful company and run it into the ground. This company went from 40 employees down to a handful. Do you have any tactics that work on a man who acts as if he were above the law.
