Complaint Review: Charles Chuck Allison

I was introduced to Charles "Chuck" Allsion in the fall of 2016. He represented himself to be a construction business professional who has done similar work to what I have been doing. The introduction came through a very good friend. Charles " Chuck" Allison and I agreed to be start a business as 50/50 partners. Paperwork was filed and we agreed to numerous things including an open review of the books as well as cosigning of all checks. I wish I never meet Charles " Chuck" Allison because what he promised to do and actually did are far from apart. I get excuse after excuse from him on this and that. Jobs that we put under contract took way much longer to complete. I have asked to look at the books and he has flat out refused. I have come to find out he has some baggage in the past with the same type of behavior. He is not truthful and his word means nothing. I would stay away from Charles " Chuck" Allison at all costs. The matter is going legal at this point but I can honestly say Charles "Chuck" Allison does not keep his word or agreements. Research this site and you will see other reports on him.  Currently he is operating in the Frederick, Maryland area.
