They put through a home that already exsting. Loans on it a home that schould of never " been put through escrow this home had a open line of credit on it. A first a second an a third note. This home schould of never been on the open market to be sold with out theses loans being paid first. My family bought this home we are disabled this was to be a beauitful time in our life's. An its nothing more then a nightmare now as we battle for our home as . Title insurance was purchased we here the buyer did everything correct however the owner of noble title did not. One would think going through escrow you would be safe well think again every step of this entire escrow was fraud a scam insurance was sold to us an then vastly excluded from us so we purchased title insurance an then had none what is to be a wonderful time in life when one purchase a home a dream has been crushed with fraud scans an dirty dealings.
