We ordered and paid for a Satellite Communications System and Video Monitoring Equipment for one of our current customers, Charles D'Alberto never delivered. He took our money and left town. We were conned by him and lost over $78,000.00. We found out that his office was really just a PO Box - and there is No Perla Group International (its just a website). I see from his reviews that I am not alone.
