I understand your frustration, but you need to be careful or you could find yourself on the wrong side of a civil suit for defamation and libel.

A Tennessee court has NO JURISDICTION outside of the state of Tennesee.  No company in South Carolina is going to garnish and employee's wages without a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction-a court in SC or federal court.

In other words, you're going to have to petition a SC court to order the employer to garnish wages for child support or have a SC government agency order the garnishment under SC statutes.  No employer is going to risk the cost of litigation for an unlawful wage garnishment.

It sucks, but that's the way it is.  A Tennessee court cannot order any out of state employer to do anything.

Good luck.

His company fails to obey the court order!

He is in South Carolina and I am in Tennessee. His employer is willfully violating that order by not withholding money out of his check. This is just sooooo sad!

In your other post you claimed to know where he is currently working and complained that his employer was not withholding child support.   Wouldn't that be a likely place to start?
