Charles D. O'Neal III is a single white male who is homophonic, racist, anti Jewish AND hates women.

He makes fun of ALL these wonderful persons on his HAM RADIO BROADCASTS with other ham radio operators.

They all think it's FUNNY + ENTERTAINING to make derogatory comments about other people who are NOT white supremacists like them

Because MOST people nowadays DONT LISTEN + REGISTER WITH THE FCC FOR A HAM RADIO LICENSE = people have NO IDEA what Charles "Chuck" O'Neal III says on his weekly ham radio.

Its shocking the hate speech he communicates + WHO he is long time friends with...

The FCC issues Amateur RADIO Licenses as a PRIVILEDGE + these government issued licenses CAN be suspended for credible violations of civil rights hate speech + inciting violence to GLBTQ persons, Jewish persons, women, minorities + handicapped individuals.

He is nasty to women because his former wife divorced him many years ago.

She told people he is REALLY WEIRD + she was so right. He IS SO ANTI SOCIAL as are most of the ham radio operators he associates with on their favorite radio frequencies.

He has also made extensive home repairs to his private real estate at

But did he obtain the legally required building permits AND all legally required inspections?

Especially for ELECTRICAL work on his detached antique car oversized building BEHIND his A frame home?

It's up on top of a steep hill + he has a HUGE plug in electrical cable he uses to provide power from his main house to this 3 story antique car storage building.

He rides his antique cars very fast in Bolton + drives to antique car shows to brag about his collection.

He has a history of boasting about his prized ham radio towers, extensive electrical equipment + computer systems + antique cats.

He has SEVERAL very tall 200'+ ham radio towers that he likes to CLIMB + watch the neighbors.

Does he have any capability to JAM + INTERFERE with his neighbors Wi Fi signals + their wireless devices such as their surveillance cameras inside their home, baby monitors, Alexa home assistants or cell transmissions?

Charles D. O'Neal III is a TECHIE + would know exactly how to do this = he has real creepy ham radio friends who BRAG about doing this to their neighbors all the time without neighbors knowing this...

He also makes fun of Bolton MA town inspectors + officials who he thinks aren't as smart + technologically sophisticated as him...

maybe the Town of Bolton AND his homeowners insurance BOTH fly a DRONE over his property + then plan SURPRISE home inspections just to be sure he isn't hiding anything?
