Mr. Grey contacts elderly land owners and claims he will help them out with their property; by saying her will mend fences, work on buildings, and cut the hay/wheat.  He often tells the landowner that he will pay the lease money owed or the money from the sale of hay/wheat over the years that he uses the land; grazing his horses, grazing his longhorn cattle, and using the machinery of others he has claimed to have "borrowed."  Often times the equipment borrowed is not returned to the owner in good repair, or he trespasses onto a landowners property and steals equipment.

The truth is that Mr. Grey has been using many landowners in the county for the last decade; lying to them, breaking equipment and farm machinery, and trespassing on private property to steal items from the landowner.  He often wears a pistol in a holster and walks up to landowners and their relatives with his hand on his pistol.  Mr. Grey uses intimidation to scare the elderly landowners and others.  Do not allow this man to continue to use you or your property, he will not honor anything he has told you; he is a liar and a thief.  End contact with him and report him to the state of Montana for Elder Abuse.
