Charles Edward Manning charms his way into peoples lives and then rips them off of money, hotel stays, and other swindles be Southern Spain
Hello world, Please be aware of an English citizen by the name of Charles Edward Manning (he goes by many other names too)who was kicked out of Germany for ripping off many hotels. And he has lived off many women while here including me. After I finally realized how psychopathic he was manipulating people I managed to leave him after 4 years of using me, my friends and family memebers thru lies and misusing the trustful way Germans function day to day. Shortly after, he landed in Switzerland, where he ripped off everyone he met from penniless students to hotels and restaurants. When it got too hot in Switzerland, he went off to Spain as a bricklayer. A few months later an English woman called to tell me Charlie had charmed his way into her life and was living off her, and owed her already over 2,000 Euros. She found my name and tel in a book he kept of all the women he had lived off (weeks, months and sometimes even years). he is 46 years old, small, slight, blond, hooded blue eyes, bad teeth and is a heavy smoker and alcoholic.
He is a bricklayer, and so is able to find jobs whereever he goes and finds a place where he smells out trusting and good people and then manages to trick them into "lending" him money, letting him stay with them for a few nights, etc. He is clever at this and has alawys been a sociopath. even his family on the Isle of Wight does not want anything to do with him. His favorite lies are that he was in the French Legionnaires, that he was a roadie with the Rolling Stones, and that he owened a bar in Denmark for many years. In any case, he does this very convincingly and since most people have no reason NOT to believe him, they are impresed and charmed by him. he has a real good instinct for good hearted people and has no scruples in ripping them off. so please be ware.
