Complaint Review: Charles Jerome Broquard Broquart Art Studios

CHARLES JEROME BROQUARD was arrested in his Playa Del Rey condominium early April 11, 2007 by the Los Angeles County Sherrif's Worker's Comp Fraud Unit serving arrest and search warrants.

Broquard's offices and production facility located in Hawthorne California were also raided simultainously. Company records and computer files were downloaded and seized by the Sherrif's Fraud Unit, the EDD, and Internal Revenue Agents where were also present.

Broquard, was charged and booked into the Men's Central Jail in dowtown Los Angeles on multiple counts of felony worker's comp insurance fraud and California EDD (Employment Development Department) violations. His bail was initially set at $250,000.00.
