Charles Kingsley Barham Never paid for typing services for his "book" Allentown Pennsylvania
"Charles Kingsley" as he called himself, conveniently leaving off the surname "Barham" so I didn't know at first how notorious he is on the internet, "hired" me to type for him. He said he likes to use dictation over the phone and have someone type what he is saying and then email to him. I introduced him to Google docs, though, so he might use that now, too. Regardless, he blabbered on for hours and then nickle and dimed the time down to about half of the actual hours involved and never paid me a dime. He offered to use PayPal, which never materialized and he offered to send a check every other week, but never sent one. He is a fraud with a long list of internet infractions including short-lived businesses, money owed to everyone and their neighbor and immoral capitalization on 9/11.
