Complaint Review: Charles Pierce

Sellers no matter what  you do, do not do business with Charles Pierce from Reno NV. This person is the biggest lying theif imagainable. He will take delivery of an item, in this case a Logitech Remote, and then 2 months after receiving the item, he contacts he bank Wells Fargo and purposely files a dispute claiming you stole his credit card made the purchase and shipped him the item. This moron thinks he's going to get away with pulling a classic scam. When you call this idiot up on the phone, he openly admits he's had the item for 2 months, and then starts making every single excuse in the book to hide the fact he stole from you.

He expected to file a fraud dispute and immediately get a free product and his money back without nothing happening to him. This idiot theif will start blaming his wife, trying to pass the phone to her, making up more excuses saying oh he's 90 years old, typical scum bag theif. Instead of calling his credit card company to cancel the the dispute the Ahole will say its still fraud. We had enough wasting our time with this thief and he will be spending time in jail, you can count on it.
