I visited charles pope cellular in the Crytal river fl mall on numerous occasions because they stated they would buy out any exsisting cell contract you had and they would switch you to alltel. It took several walkbuys the store witht hem telling me this and finally I was nabbed!
I bought 3 phones from charles pope witht the full understanding they would buy out my nextel contract ,I only had 1 they had to buy out ! I know people who had 4 ..who have fallen victim to charles pope scam .. I have called corporate offices on numerous occasions because they have yet to make good on this deal.
Charles pope has even gone into their alltel access websites and changed mine and another parties contracts ..AFTER we were exsisting ALLTEL customers! The legality of this is extremely serious ! I will post followups as necessary I am contacting Attorney and the channel 8 news ! Charles pope scammed the wrong party here ,he will regret his fraudulent practices.
