My partners and I hired this idiot to remediate the backyard of a property we are reselling. We paid him $5,000 to complete a simple job, which included laying stone, putting up a fence and painting a potion of the siding.This lispy moron never completed the job because he felt he was entitled to complete the entire house after being told that all estimates had to be in writing. 3 other contractors understood. Nevertheless he justified not completing the job because he spent time on an estimate. We are now pursuing legal action against him and I implore readers not to use his services. chuck them verified the work would be done by Christmas, again he failed. I informed him we hired a person who can follow instructions, chuck then replied that due to hiring someone of Spanish descent we are contributing to what's wrong with this f...ing country. however, Charles Pugh is what's wrong. I also referred a client to him last spring in Bergenfield, paying out of pocket. my client ended up painting over this mess of human being's work. You'll recognize him by his lisp, lack of professionalism and stumpy build. Do not use Charles Pugh! We will see him in court
